This apartment is located in the heart of Lille, rue Solférino. It is on the first floor without elevator (fairly wide stairs) of a secure building. The accommodation is very functional and has quality bedding. Ideal for visiting Lille or going to the Catholic University which is just a stone's throw away.

The flat is laid out as follows: - After the front door, a large doorway leads to the living area with a fitted kitchen and sitting area with a sofa bed for one person. - A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC - One bedroom (street side) with double bed Information : The flat is located in a busy area, so noise-sensitive guests are advised to bring their earplugs! Please note that there are no shutters in the bedroom and the curtains are not 100% blackout. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

République/Beaux-Arts metro station is an 8-minute walk away Lille Flandres station less than 20 minutes by metro. Lille Europe station 25 minutes by metro. The "Sacre Coeur" bus station is at the foot of the building. V'Lille "Soférino/Nationale" station at the foot of the building. You can use the Ilévia application to get around Lille. Nearby parking lots: Parking on the Place des Halles Centrales less than 5 minutes on foot.
