Once the headquarters of the parish council and the village dispensary, this house carries a unique legacy, deeply rooted in local history. Its rehabilitation, led by Azorean architect Wilson Melo, respected the original design, preserving the identity of the building while introducing contemporary comfort and functionality. The result is a space of simple, elegant and carefully considered lines, where every detail reflects balance, serenity and good taste. Ideal for families or travellers seeking a peaceful retreat with a touch of refinement, this accommodation features a spacious open-plan dining room with kitchen and two fantastic living rooms. Both living rooms are equipped with a sofa and television, making it the perfect space to relax and enjoy the internet available throughout the house. In one of the rooms, the sofa is a sofa bed, which can accommodate two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing all your daily meals and ensuring an excellent culinary experience. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features various practical appliances to assist you in your daily life. The wonderful outdoor space invites moments of leisure, allowing you to easily gather with family outdoors to enjoy dinners under the stars and make the most of the region's climate. This lovely area also features a barbecue. The sleeping area is arranged harmoniously and privately, featuring two beautifully decorated bedrooms equipped with double beds and wardrobes to store your belongings. The master bedroom is a comfortable suite, ensuring maximum privacy. The 2 bathrooms are fully equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. For security purposes, the property has a video surveillance system at the exterior entrances. This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in (16:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If any evidence is found of tobacco smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc., we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 EUR. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag. Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.

Una casa arredata con gusto. Il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi in totale comodità. Si trova a pochi passi dal porto, dove potrete fare un tuffo in mare, e a pochi passi da uno dei sentieri escursionist
