This fantastic two-bedroom apartment has a homely vibe within vibrant Business Bay. It is fully furnished and filled with plenty of natural light and just an 8-minute drive to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa.

Welcome! This lovely 85m2 apartment is on the 10th floor, accessible by lift. The living room has a plush sofa, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step outside and unwind on the expansive balcony with outdoor furniture, with magnificent Canal Views. Please note that there is construction activity on the balcony-facing side. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil your culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second offers a comfortable queen-size bed. Both rooms are elegantly decorated and outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom also provides direct access to the balcony, perfect for enjoying the stunning views. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or the surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.
