Its central location ensures convenience and connectivity. It is conveniently located near several shopping destinations like Bay Avenue, The Dubai Mall, City Walk, Boxpark, Meydan One Mall (under construction), Dubai Design District (d3) and Mall of the Emirates. You can find fine dining restaurants in BQ - French Kitchen & Bar, Soho Garden, Farzi Café, Mythos Kouzina & Grill and many more. There's a W Mart supermarket next to the Park Regis Hotel, a 2 min walk on the left-hand side. A pharmacy is also on the right-hand side - in the same building.

Welcome to my home! This excellent 44m2 apartment is on the 16th floor, accessible by lift. The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for two. It is also generously lit, perfect for hosting small get-togethers or sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements. The bedroom contains a plush king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces to ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of 10 AED per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
