Welcome! The exquisite property is in the heart of Dubai's most popular seafront living destination - Emaar Beachfront and its premier residence, Beach Vista, Tower 2. This outstanding 110m2 apartment is on the 22nd floor, accessible by lift. The beautifully designed living room has a plush sofa, a modern coffee table, and a dining table, creating a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere. A large smart TV is also perfect for watching all your favourite shows. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the queen beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process. Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our property in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
