The beach is within walking distance, the marina is 8 minutes away, and the Dubai International Airport is 30 minutes away. On the beach, one can enjoy water sports activities, and if feeling adventurous, they can try the famous Dubai Sky Diving, which is 8 minutes drive away. There are also nearby attractions such as Bluewater's Island and the Marina Walk Area. There are various restaurants around the area, from fast food to fine dining in the nearby hotels. JBR Walk has pharmacies, grocery stores, and souvenir shops. The closest mall is the Dubai Marina Mall, which is 15 minutes drive away, and Choitarms supermarket is located there.

Welcome to our home! This lovely 107m2 apartment is on the 11th floor, accessible by lift. This modern and tastefully decorated apartment has an open floor plan. Relax in the comfortable living room, furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area where you can dine with loved ones. There's also a furnished balcony to lounge on and enjoy the fresh air! The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. Plus, a washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king bed and a sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality.
