Welcome to my studio! This delightful 47m2 studio is on the 1st floor with lift access and offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It includes a comfortable King bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a sofa, an armchair where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, and a TV to watch all their favourite shows. You can dine with loved ones at the available dining table and access a private furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this copy of your passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our house in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
