Welcome to my apartment! This charming 50 m2, one-bedroom apartment in Costa da Caparica is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. NOTE: THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR AND ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS. Thoughtfully designed with an open layout, the living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Step out onto the private balcony with seating, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The fully equipped kitchenette offers all the essentials to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher for easy cleanup. A washer and ironing equipment are also available for your convenience. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh during your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
