Designed in a modern and colourful style, the apartment is filled with natural light from its large windows, creating a bright, cheerful atmosphere that makes guests feel instantly at home. The living space invites you to unwind with a cosy sitting area and a TV, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day of exploring. A dining table provides the ideal spot for shared meals, while the open-concept kitchen makes cooking and socialising easy and enjoyable. It's fully equipped with everything you need — including an oven, cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essential cookware and cutlery — ready to prepare and enjoy delicious home-cooked dishes. The bedroom is a peaceful retreat, tastefully decorated and featuring a comfortable double bed, another TV, and generous storage to keep your belongings organised during your stay. The fresh and functional bathroom offers soft towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience from the moment you arrive. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 1st floor, and the building has elevator. Enjoy your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
