This comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building in the backyard. It offers all the necessary amenities and a relaxing atmosphere to make your stay in Chartres an experience rich in discoveries and quiet time. It can accommodate two travellers. With a surface area of 40m², a very well thought-out layout, new equipment and a Scandinavian style, you will soon feel at home here. The 3 rooms of the apartment will allow you to appreciate every moment. From the TV lounge and open kitchen for moments of sharing to the spacious bedroom with direct access to the bathroom for your moments of rest, everything has been designed for your comfort. Located at the beginning of the rue de la Tonnellerie and at the crossroads of the rue Marceau, you will only have to walk 100 meters to make the choice to stop on the place Marceau, its shops and cafés or on your left: the place du Cygne, which will also offer you all the life of a hyper centre. A little further upstream from the accommodation you can however go back down to the large Place des épars de Chartres. Along the streets, reach the cathedral or explore the cobblestones of Chartres towards its historic lower town and plan your walks along the Eure.

Appartamento super, in pieno centro, molto confortevole. Vicino a tutto. E proprio sopra una straordinaria panetteria. Posto auto incluso, un vero bonus! Nota bene: il centro di Chartres è interamente
