We welcome you to my accommodation in Casinos, a space specially designed for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and functionality during long stays for work, studies, or other purposes. On the ground floor, you will find a bright open-plan area that combines the kitchen, dining, and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday living, ideal if you plan to cook and feel at home. The dining table is perfect for both relaxed meals and working moments, while the living area, with TV and WiFi, provides a comfortable environment to unwind or work remotely with ease. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms designed to offer both rest and practicality. Two of them feature double beds and built-in wardrobes, perfect for extended stays, while the other two have two single beds each, making them ideal for colleagues or groups. All rooms are bright and welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere after a busy day. The property includes two complete bathrooms with showers and storage space, making longer stays more convenient for everyone. In addition, there is a washing machine, an essential feature for guests planning to stay for a longer period. A functional, comfortable, and well-equipped home designed to help you feel at ease while you focus on your work or activities in the area.

Guests have full access to all areas of the two-story house. The private entrance ensures exclusivity, and the stairs connect the main living area to the bedrooms upstairs, enhancing privacy and comfort for all occupants.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, Guest Registration must be completed before check-in. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys if they got lost will have extra cost Extra cleaning with linen during stay: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: with extra cost. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
