Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 62m² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for up to 4 guests looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs. The living space features a comfortable sofa and a double sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for relaxing evenings with your favourite shows, and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals. The bedroom has a cosy king-size bed to ensure a restful night's sleep and plenty of storage spaces. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. The apartment also opens onto a balcony, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and fresh air. Guests can also relax in the outdoor pool. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla spiaggia, con ottimi ristoranti e a pochi passi dal centro città; la piscina è pulitissima. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi desidera rilassarsi per qualche giorno.
