The property is located in the sunny Garajau (Caniço), just a few minutes from the beach, with excellent access so guests can easily travel and explore Funchal and the rest of the island!

This bright and cosy apartment with a balcony, decorated in detail to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point for exploring the island and its attractions. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation features an inviting living room with a dining area. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa with a chaise longue, perfect for relaxing and watching TV after a day of sightseeing. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, the kitchen has a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as other appliances to help with your daily routine. Access to the balcony is conveniently from the living room, so you can easily enjoy the outdoors, have breakfast outside and take advantage of the wonderful natural light during the day. The balcony offers a privileged view over the pool area. The stay includes access to the shared outdoor pool. The bedroom is harmoniously decorated, providing a serene environment for rest. It is spacious and equipped with a comfortable double bed and a practical built-in wardrobe for storing your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your complete convenience, the apartment has a private garage and access to a fantastic shared pool. This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bags. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura a Madeira. Il posto era pulitissimo, esattamente come mostrato nelle foto, spazioso ed estremamente confortevole. Ci siamo sentiti subit
