The architect-designed flat is located on the first floor of a small, quiet residence built of typical Bordeaux stone. It is tastefully decorated and can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

It comprises : - 1 bedroom (double bed) with storage space, - 1 space with a convertible double sofa-bed with curtains for privacy, - 1 large, bright living room, - 1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, - 1 space with dining table, - 1 bathroom with Italian shower, - 1 toilet. THE KITCHEN The kitchen includes a hob, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine.
