The kitchen invites culinary exploration with its sleek design and essential amenities, including a dishwasher and an array of cooking utensils and cutlery. Gather around the dining table for an intimate meal or unwind on the expansive terrace, where outdoor furniture and ambient lighting set the scene for memorable evenings. Retreat to the tranquillity of the three bedrooms, all carefully designed with luxurious bedding and ample storage space. The accommodation includes two double bedrooms (one en suite) and a third bedroom with two single beds. NOTE: This is a no elevator 3rd-floor apartment Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Mi piace essere sincero. L'alloggio è davvero spettacolare. È stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è piuttosto confortevole. Abbiamo trovato incredibile il comfort che offre. Ci sono due punti da migli
