Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 75 m² two-bedroom apartment in Aveiro is the ideal retreat for families and friends seeking a comfortable and memorable stay. Situated on the 3rd floor and accessible by lift, the apartment combines modern design with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The open-plan living area features a cosy seating space, a dining table for shared meals, and a wide-screen TV, perfect for relaxing evenings and enjoying your favourite shows. Step out onto the private balcony to breathe in the fresh air and unwind in a peaceful outdoor setting. The adjoining kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for home cooking, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. The master bedroom offers a restful queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is fitted with a double bed. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The apartment has two bathrooms, both equipped with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Families with children will also appreciate the nearby playground, offering a safe and fun space for little ones to enjoy during your stay. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Sono stato molto contento della settimana che ho trascorso ad Aveiro. L'appartamento era bellissimo, confortevole e pulitissimo. Molto ben posizionato e vicino a tutto. Ho apprezzato molto le coccole
