Welcome to my home! Enjoy a comfortable stay in this bright and inviting apartment, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and shared moments. The living room is filled with natural light thanks to large windows, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere to unwind. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher and essential cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals to enjoy together at the contemporary dining table. The apartment features two peaceful bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed to ensure restful nights. One of the bedrooms is a suite with an en-suite bathroom featuring a refreshing shower. A second bathroom, also equipped with a shower, adds extra convenience for guests. Guests can enjoy the expansive balcony, accessible from both the living room and the suite. With outdoor seating and lovely views over Aveiro, it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, relaxing afternoons, or enjoying the evening breeze. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Elogi per l'alloggio e per il padrone di casa puntuale che ha rispettato l'accordo. L'alloggio è pulito e corrisponde esattamente alle foto. La città è piccola, quindi l'appartamento si trova a 10-15
