Welcome to my home! This modern apartment has been thoughtfully designed to offer a comfortable and practical stay, with bright interiors and everything you need to feel at home. Step into the welcoming living area, where a comfortable sofa and TV create the perfect setting to relax after a day exploring Lisbon. Large windows flood the space with natural light, while the high table by the window provides a pleasant spot to enjoy meals, work remotely, or simply take in the city views. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy your morning coffee before heading out. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, thoughtfully separated from the living space by an elegant wooden shelving unit that adds both privacy and character to the apartment. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the modern bathroom features a refreshing shower, a washing machine for added convenience, and fresh towels provided for your stay. Free street parking is available in the surrounding streets. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
