Loches is an ideal starting point for exploring the region's treasures: Beauval Zoo, one of the most beautiful zoos in Europe (approximately 30 minutes away), the famous Loire Valley châteaux, including Chenonceau and Amboise, Clos Lucé, Leonardo da Vinci's last residence, the charming villages of Chédigny and Montrésor, ranked among the most beautiful in the region. A former wash house located on the banks of the Indre River, this charming spot invites you to fully enjoy its large, furnished terrace, ideal for sunny summer days and for relaxing to the gentle sound of the water. Located near the center of Loches, you can easily enjoy its lively market every Wednesday and Saturday morning. It's also an ideal starting point for exploring the Beauval Zoo, the Loire Valley châteaux, or the Futuroscope theme park.

Upon arrival, you'll discover a welcoming living area with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. The spacious living room, complete with a TV and Wi-Fi, easily converts into a sleeping area thanks to a comfortable sofa bed. The separate bedroom features a 160cm double bed, ample built-in wardrobes, and a desk area, ideal for working remotely or organizing your belongings in peace and quiet. The en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, offers a truly relaxing experience after your days of exploring or working. 👉 Bed linen and towels are provided so you can travel light. From the living area, open the French doors to a large paved terrace furnished with a table, garden furniture, and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying sunny days in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
