There, you can visit its royal castle, a true gem of late medieval architecture. The royal residence notably hosted Joan of Arc, Anne of Brittany, and Agnès Sorel, the famous mistress of King Charles VII. A short walk away, in the heart of the pedestrian streets, explore the impressive 37-meter-high keep, a masterpiece of 11th-century military architecture. From its terrace, enjoy a 360° panoramic view of the entire town and its surroundings. Don't miss the traditional market, which brings the town center to life every Wednesday and Saturday morning. The region is also brimming with must-see sites: Beauval Zoo, one of the most beautiful zoos in Europe, 30 minutes away (allow a full day), Chenonceau Castle, about 30 minutes away, Amboise and Clos Lucé, Leonardo da Vinci's last residence. Also take the time to visit Chédigny, classified as a "remarkable garden village," as well as the magnificent castles of Montpoupon and Montrésor. A meticulously renovated cave dwelling, blending charm and authenticity with spacious rooms and respecting the site's natural character. You'll appreciate its natural coolness in summer and its comfortable temperature in winter. Ideally located near the town center of Loches, its lively market every Wednesday and Saturday morning, and a shopping area.

Step into the bright and welcoming main living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with a TV. The house also has a low-speed Wi-Fi connection. From the hallway, you can access the central room, which provides access to the different areas of the accommodation: a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and towel warmer, as well as two comfortable bedrooms. The Pressoir bedroom features a 140cm double bed with new French bedding, while the second large bedroom also has a 140cm double bed with quality bedding. 👉 Bed linen and towels are provided so you can travel light. A utility room is also available with a washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, and cleaning supplies. One of the great advantages of this cave house is its landscaped grounds. Enjoy the naturally shaded terrace, equipped with garden furniture for 4 people, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal near the barbecue during beautiful summer evenings.

Leave your vehicle at the entrance in front of the terrace in your private gravel parking area. You have access to the entire cave dwelling.
