This modern, stylish apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across two bedrooms, each with its own TV. Set on the 10th floor in the residential neighbourhood of Jesús, the flat is exceptionally bright and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower, making it ideal for a longer stay in Valencia. With every commodity thought through, this is the perfect base to live the city like a local while staying close to everything it has to offer.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, each fitted with its own TV. The twin room opens onto a private balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening breezes. The bright, open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen are tastefully furnished, and a small storage area houses the washing machine. The modern bathroom features a large shower and includes a small heater for extra comfort in cooler months. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, which also functions as heating. The building is served by a lift, and the flat's position on the 10th floor keeps it filled with natural light throughout the day.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Check-in is fully self-service via a smart lock system — no physical keys required. Full access instructions, are sent ahead of arrival.

Check-in at this property is self check-in with smart lock. You need to have a smartphone with battery and internet connection; no physical keys are used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your arrival, once your check-in registration is complete. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bag. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the house if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of €200 minimum for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros.

Cet appartement était très lumineux, confortable, spacieux et agréable à vivre. Chaque pièce est climatisée. Il y a un balcon avec une vue magnifique. L'emplacement est excellent, proche des commerces
