Adjacent is the kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and all essentials for a delightful cooking experience. Enjoy meals at the elegant glass-top dining table. You will also have a washing machine and laundry equipment for your stay in case needed. The hallway leads to two inviting bedrooms. One offers a double bed with a padded headboard and ambient lighting from side lamps, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The second bedroom features two single beds, ideal for kids or friends traveling together. The bathroom is a modern retreat, boasting a walk-in shower and sleek vanity. The property is at the street level. Access to a private entrance offers convenience and privacy, enhancing the homely feel of the apartment. This property is a self-check-in property, through an smartlock so phone and internet conection might be needed. The check-in time is from 3PM, for early entrance please request. Guest online registration is needed. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Lost keys will habe extra cost. Extra cleaning with linen during your stay: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

C'était génial ! Je n'hésiterais pas à le louer à nouveau ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour confortable, et il y a des endroits où manger à proximité !
