Welcome! This modern and cozy apartment, decorated to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the city of Porto and its attractions. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, this studio features an open-plan living room and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching TV, with plenty of natural light coming from the balcony. The kitchenette is equipped to prepare your daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, the kitchen features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, and stove hob, as well as a counter area for meals. Access to the balcony is conveniently located in the living room, where you can enjoy a relaxing moment outdoors at a small table with chairs. The sleeping area, separated from the living room, is equipped with a double bed, a support wardrobe to store your belongings, ensuring an organized and peaceful environment, and a desk so you can catch up on work or write. The bed comes with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries. The space is always professionally cleaned. The apartment is located on the third floor and the building has an elevator, facilitating access, but it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs to access the elevator. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
