Welcome to my apartment! This lovely 55m2 two-bedroom apartment is close to various top attractions in Madrid such as Estadio de Vallecas , 10 min by walk or Puerta del Sol by metro 15 minutes! This cozy two-bedroom apartment is designed with an open floor plan, offering a maximum capacity for up to six guests. The bedrooms are comfortably equipped: one features a double bed, and the other is furnished with two double beds. The bright living room features a large sofa, a dining table for four. The apartment benefits from plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second offers two double beds. All beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable stay. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax)
