The apartment is intended for medium-term stays and is ideal for guests traveling to Madrid for work, academic, medical or other temporary reasons, as well as for families looking for practical and well-connected accommodation. The space offers a double bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests. The layout is open and welcoming, with the sleeping area, dining area and kitchen integrated into a single space, providing both comfort and a sense of openness. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and complete kitchenware, allowing for an independent and comfortable stay. The bathroom is modern and fully equipped. An iron and ironing board are also provided to meet all your needs. The apartment features an interior window that provides natural light throughout the day. It is furnished with modern furniture, wooden floors and carefully selected décor, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The area is perfectly connected by metro, buses and commuter trains, making it easy to reach universities, hospitals, workplaces and any part of the city. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. C'est un studio parfait avec placard, situé sur la Gran Via mais à l'écart du bruit. Les équipements sont très bons et les serrures électroniques ainsi que le système d'entrée sont faciles à utiliser.
