Located on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs, the space is cosy and inviting. The living area features a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Please note that the TV works with streaming services only; local or cable channels are not available. The sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed with premium hotel-quality linens for restful nights. Ample storage is provided to keep your belongings organised and the space functional. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery for preparing meals. A dishwasher makes cleanup easy, and the washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment ensure hassle-free laundry. The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need for a convenient stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
