Every studio is bright, fully furnished, and completely self-contained. Each one includes a comfortable bed, a modern en-suite bathroom, and a private kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and essential kitchenware, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, making it easy to work remotely, study, or relax with your favourite shows. A shared washer/dryer is also available on the ground floor. Enjoy the flexibility of self-check-in with smart locks, allowing you to arrive whenever it's most convenient. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). There are CCTV cameras in the communal areas and externally. Noise can be heard from the street outside. If evidence of smoking is found during or after your stay (such as smoke odours, ashes, or cigarette butts), a smoking fee of up to £300 may be charged to cover additional cleaning and restoration costs. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the building, parties, excessive noise, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. If these rules are breached, we may need to take appropriate action, which could include ending the reservation early.
