This apartment features an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV for watching all your favourite shows via multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedrooms both have UK king beds dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Enjoy your stay! Please Note: Guests are responsible for bearing the cost of electricity usage during their stay.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please Note: Guests are responsible for bearing the cost of electricity usage during their stay.
