Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished balcony, where you can fully relax and enjoy views of the Business Bay Canal. The kitchen includes appliances and essential cookware and crockery to fulfil any of your culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that construction is ongoing in the surrounding area. Construction activity may be visible from the balcony and may take place throughout the day and night, which could result in noise disturbances. L'appartement est super, moderne, propre et bien équipé. L'emplacement est également excellent et l'immeuble dispose de belles commodités !
