The Dubai Marina walk, a 10 minute walk away, which lines the waterfront has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants while the palm tree lined boardwalk serves as a link between the many towers in the development, the gardens and the marina.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofabed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views of the Dubai Marina. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a King bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
