Welcome! This lovely 51 sq m studio is on the 11th floor, accessible by elevator. The studio is elegantly furnished, well-kept, and designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom. It has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a comfortable Queen bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony. Step outside to the balcony with outdoor furniture and a Hot tub, where you can completely unwind—perfect for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments comes occasional construction in the apartment building or the surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city's dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.
