The living room features chic décor, a comfortable sofa, and a large smart TV. The private balcony is accessed from the living, offering a lovely spot to watch the world go by and relax outdoors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, while the dining area, set with a stylish table for six, is perfect for hosting meals with family or friends. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, with a top-of-the-range mattress and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a deep and refreshing sleep. The vanity table set up and the built in wardrobes have ample space to accommodate the largest of clothing collections, the elegantly decorated creates a stunning space. There are 2 bathrooms, the guest and the main, both have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and although this apartment is in a well-established community, with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
