The sleek flat-screen TV invites you to enjoy a cozy movie night, while the adjacent dining area features a round table and upholstered chairs, providing a comfortable space to share meals together. The compact, open-plan kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the essential cooking utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. Whether you're making a quick breakfast or a relaxed dinner, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Head up to the mezzanine loft, where a comfortable double bed and ambient lighting create a cozy and peaceful sleeping area. With its minimalist charm, this space offers a relaxing retreat after a busy day in the city. The open wardrobe provides convenient storage for your clothes and belongings throughout your stay. Please note: The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator access. Guests must use the stairs to reach the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Le séjour était très agréable, nous avons eu des problèmes avec l'eau et la douche mais tout le reste était excellent, très joli et propre et si vous voulez être proche de la rivière, c'est excellent.

L'hébergement était excellent mais il manquait juste des draps pour le canapé-lit, heureusement nous avions nos couettes. La salle de bain était impeccable mais la douche débordait à chaque utilisatio
