Our beautiful and modern studio for two people has everything you need for your temporary stay. Its incredible location right in the heart of the city, very close to the Cathedral and other points of interest, together with excellent public transport connections to reach any part of the city according to your needs, makes it an unbeatable option.

Note: Accommodation intended solely for short-term holiday and leisure rental. Signing a contract specifying this purpose is required. Welcome to my studio! This charming studio, tastefully and modernly decorated, is close to several of Barcelona’s most important tourist attractions, such as the Cathedral, La Rambla and La Barceloneta. It is located in the very heart of Ciutat Vella. The studio features an open-plan design where the bed, living-dining area and kitchen are combined into a single space. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and a dining table for two guests. Separated by a glass partition is the cozy double bed, complete with bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential utensils and cutlery you will need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven and microwave. The bathroom includes everything necessary for your comfort, such as clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your convenience. Please note: this apartment is for temporary rental only and is not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a temporary rental contract and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive the contract to sign. Without a signed contract, the reservation will be cancelled with no right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Si vous avez besoin d'un nettoyage supplémentaire ou de literie supplémentaire pendant votre séjour, veuillez nous le faire savoir et nous serons heureux de les fournir moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Il existe une politique de tolérance zéro pour le tabagisme dans la propriété, mais les clients peuvent fumer dans les espaces extérieurs de la maison s'il en existe. Si notre équipe découvre des preuves que cette règle a été enfreinte (par exemple, odeur de fumée, cendres, mégots de cigarette, etc.), nous nous réservons pleinement le droit de facturer une pénalité minimale de 200 € pour tabagisme. Veuillez noter que pour les séjours de plus de 30 nuits, une politique d'utilisation raisonnable des services publics s'appliquera avec une limite de 80 euros.
