A welcome form will be sent to request the contact person’s details and, most importantly, to arrange your check-in and check-out times. Please fill it out; otherwise, we will not be able to tailor your stay. Cleaning services available upon request and by appointment with our team: linen replacement and cleaning during your stay by our team at the cleaning rate indicated in the listing. --> Please remember, you are staying in our home and not in a hotel. Kindly respect the premises and the neighborhood. --> We kindly ask you to leave the place in good condition as you found it, to empty the trash bins and place them in the containers located in the courtyard (the door is to the right at the back before the passage), to securely close the windows, turn down the heating, and turn off all the lights, and IF possible, remove the bed linens and place them with the towels in the bathroom. --> Should you have any issues, I will make sure to take immediate action as soon as possible, but please note that no one lives on site 24/7. --> Cleaning is included and provided by professionals for a standard reset. Dishes must be washed and put away upon your departure. A €10 supplement will be requested otherwise or upon your request. --> You will find bed linens and towels provided for each guest. Changes can be requested, for an additional fee. --> Upon arrival, you will find soap, shower gel, coffee, and tea available for the day of your arrival. Supplies for the remainder of your stay are at your own expense. --> If you stay after the indicated check-out time and if possible, a supplement will be requested: €10 per additional time slot (per hour). --> Early check-in is possible, upon request and subject to availability, with a supplement: €10 per additional time slot (per hour). --> If any animal is found, or if there is evidence such as hair, droppings, or other signs, a €50 supplement will be required for disinfection of the premises (allergens, bacteria, etc.). --> If any odor of smoke is detected (cigarette, narcotics, hookah, etc.), a €50 supplement will be charged to disinfect the premises. --> You are expressly asked to leave the premises as you found them. Empty the bins, tidy up, and report any issues that occurred during your stay. Any supplement will be deducted from the security deposit. --> In any case of non-compliance with the house rules, a €50 administration fee will be charged.
