Designed for two people, it offers the perfect ambiance for a getaway in the Périgord region. The château is surrounded by a magnificent 10-hectare wooded park, ideal for relaxation and leisurely strolls. The Isle River borders the property, and the greenway that runs alongside it offers opportunities for walking, running, or cycling in the heart of nature.

The bedroom features a comfortable 160cm bed and a beautiful view of the park and gardens of the estate. The spacious and bright living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen offer a warm and functional space. Two terraces are available: a private terrace for enjoying your coffee or breakfast al fresco with views of the park and river, and a large shared terrace for soaking up the sun. Here, you can completely disconnect from the tranquility of the park and the beauty of the surroundings. For your convenience, the property has an elevator, free on-site parking, and is just 3 minutes from a large shopping area for your daily needs. The historic center of Périgueux is a short drive away.
