Welcome to our magnificent property "La Clémente" located away from the city center, ideal for unforgettable stays with family or friends. This unique accommodation offers you peace and space, close to natural spaces. The rental located in a property divided into several dwellings includes a duplex apartment, outdoor spaces and a large garage!

Charming property tastefully renovated in a seaside style, including a duplex on the ground floor in a large Provençal building. Duplex accommodation - 66m², bright and spacious, for 6 people maximum: Ground floor: • Main entrance with storage and refrigerator. • Separate bedroom with double bed (140x200). • Equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room. • Living room with sofa bed, Smart TV, and access to the terrace via a bay window. Upstairs: • Spacious master suite with Queen size bed (160x200) and plenty of storage space. • Bathroom with shower, sink and mirror (semi-open with access from the master suite). • Separate WC (accessible only from the master suite) Exteriors: • Covered summer kitchen with barbecue, sink, bar with stools, and dining table. • Large L-shaped paved terrace with garden furniture under shaded pergola. • 4x2m above-ground swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15). • Various relaxation areas and a dirt area for budding explorers. Private garage : A 20m² garage is available to store bicycles, motorcycles and a vehicle. **** Option for groups of up to 10 people ***** For more space or to benefit from a bathroom on the ground floor, an independent studio for 4 people can be added to your reservation, subject to availability. Please note : the studio can be rented to other travelers during your stay, but it is soundproofed from the duplex. Each accommodation has a private outdoor space delimited by wooden partitions.

You will have independent access to the property with a key box on site, all information will be sent before your stay but I am always reachable and make myself available if you need anything during your stay

No smoking : - Smoking inside the house. - Pets not allowed. - Organisation of parties or commercial activities. Regulations : - The house is equipped with video surveillance at the entrance. - Please respect the quiet hours (8 p.m. to 7 a.m.) as the house is adjoined by year-round residents. Special features: - The adjacent flat can be booked by other travellers. Each flat is soundproofed and has its own private, enclosed outdoor space. - The house, situated below a road, may be slightly exposed to traffic noise during working hours, but remains quiet the rest of the time. - Access to the home requires descending around ten steps. The bathroom and WC, located on the floor next to the bedroom, can only be accessed by an internal staircase.
