Walking access possible for nearby properties. ✅ From Nîmes station: Direct train to Saint-Geniès-de-Malgoirès (around 20 minutes). Then quick access to the villa. ✅ From Alès station: Direct train to Saint-Geniès-de-Malgoirès (around 20 minutes). Then quick access to the villa. ✅ From Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes Airport: Approximately 30 minutes by car.
