This 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet and residential area of Roubaix, rue de Denain. It is on the first floor (street side) of a building completely renovated in 2023. The accommodation is very practical, functional, and has quality bedding. It is close to the Barbieux Park, the Hospital Center and various schools (ESMOD, etc.). You have access to a private car park.

The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional maid service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.
