A 30-square-meter ground-floor apartment overlooking a quiet courtyard, in a secure building, featuring: - 1 Beautiful dining table with chairs for 4 people - 1 Fully equipped open kitchen (stove, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine) - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and a TV - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed - 1 separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity Additional amenities: Wi-Fi and a washing machine. Cleaning fees include fresh sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is performed by a professional housekeeper. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * At 30 m² (323 sq ft), the two bedrooms are small and there is no sofa, so the living area is limited to the kitchen and the dining table.
