Ideal for an unforgettable Parisian experience for two. 15m² studio on the ground floor overlooking a quiet courtyard, in a secure building, featuring: - 1 Living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, coffee table, and smart TV - 1 Beautiful dining table with chairs for 3 people - 1 Fully equipped open kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine) - 1 separate bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity unit Additional amenities: Wi-Fi and vacuum cleaner. Cleaning fees include fresh sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is performed by a professional housekeeping staff member. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The studio is on the ground floor, on a courtyard with working offices directly opposite: during the day you need to keep the curtains closed for privacy, and there is little fresh air. * At 15 m² (161 sq ft), the studio is small: the bed is a double sofa bed and, once it is open, there is little room to move around. It suits two guests who spend their days out. * The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot and stuffy: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.
