Enjoy a pleasant stay in this apartment arranged for your comfort: Living room: A cosy space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen: A kitchenette with hob, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso machine with capsules, sugar and tea. Master bedroom: One bedroom with double bed. Bathroom: Kit with shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer, washing machine and WC. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi included, iron, bed linen and towels provided. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure building with elevator. 📌 Please note before booking: * At 35 m² (377 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room. Once opened, it takes up most of the room and reaching the kitchen corner becomes difficult, so space is very tight for a family or a group of friends. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be a 2-minute walk from Place de Clichy metro station (lines 2 and 13), on the 1st floor of a secure building with a lift, in a quiet apartment with a washing machine.
