Enjoy a pleasant stay in this well-decorated studio equipped to meet all your needs: Main room: A convivial space with a double sofa bed, TV screen and modern decor for relaxing moments after your city tours. Kitchen: An open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave, toaster and Nespresso machine. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower and all the necessary amenities. Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom for added convenience. Additional amenities: Washing machine, Wi-Fi included, iron, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The studio is on the ground floor, inside a residential complex. To reach it, you go through several shared areas and several coded doors, and up and down stairs. The route is impractical with large suitcases and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. * The studio is not air-conditioned and has little air circulation. In summer, it can get hot inside, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in a quiet corner of the 12th arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from the metro and shops, in a 25 m² (269 sq ft) studio for two, with an equipped kitchen and a washing machine.
