Welcome to my 72 m² apartment located on the ground floor in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. Comfortably furnished to accommodate up to 4 guests, it features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideally situated just a 5-minute walk from the metro, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the City of Light.

Welcome! Just 500 meters from the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower, this apartment is ideally located in the charming Gros Caillou neighborhood, known for its lively pedestrian street (Rue Cler) and its many shops. You'll also be close to the Seine River, the Rodin Museum, the Grand Palais, and the Musée d'Orsay. The entrance to this 72 m² apartment opens onto a bright space, elegantly decorated. The living room features a very comfortable sofa and a large TV, perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster… A washing machine is also available. The dining area seats up to four guests around a cozy table. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed (180x200), a TV, and a desk. The second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children. All beds are made with high-quality hotel-grade linens. Storage spaces are available to make you feel right at home. The bathroom features a sink, mirror, bathtub, and toilet. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left is for you to unpack and enjoy!

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Gran ubicación para nuestro primer viaje a París. Caminable y bastante cerca de una estación de metro. Tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Fácil de registrar e instrucciones muy claras. Tuvimos un problema
