Welcome to my 38 m² ground-floor flat in Paris’s 9th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two people, with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally situated just 5 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the capital.

Welcome to this lovely 38 m² flat, situated on the ground floor. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, furnished with a sofa (not a sofa bed) and a television. The adjoining dining area features a table that seats up to four people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), cookware and crockery. The accommodation includes a bedroom area separated by a wooden wall and thoughtfully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The double bed (140 × 190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available to help you settle in comfortably. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a large mirror. You’ll also find a washer-dryer for added convenience. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector (and a carbon monoxide detector) for your safety. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
