Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in Paris! This property is available for a minimum of 30 days.

Welcome to this beautiful 17m² studio, located on the 6th floor (with a lift up until the 5th floor). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to attractions such as the Catacombs of Paris, Montparnasse, shops, transport links, and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge with a sofa and a dining table for two. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils and crockery. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen – 160x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel-dryer, a hair-dryer, a toilet, and a mirror. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!
