This cosy apartment in a ground floor of a beautiful parisian building. The apartment consists of a carefully furnished living room (1 sofa bed), as well as 2 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom are modern. The apartment has all the necessary equipment (broadband wifi, smart tv etc). All linens (bedding and towels) are provided. This stylish neighborhood comprises the majestic Champs-Élysées avenue.

Travelers will have full access to accommodation. It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers. The check-in is possible from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Access is autonomous thanks to a coded key box. The check out is at 10 a.m. on the day of your departure, you just have to leave the key where you found it. - A security deposit of 600€ is required, in the form of an online payment link. Access to accommodation is refused in the event of non-payment of the security deposit (our cancellation conditions remain applicable). For stays of less than 5 nights, this amount is blocked. For stays of 5 nights or more, this amount is debited. If no damage is found in the accommodation, the security deposit is returned the day after departure. In the event that the departure time is not respected, without written agreement from us, a penalty of 150€ will be applied. If you wish, we can provide you with a baby cot during your stay for a supplement of €15. Please inform our team at least 48 hours before your arrival.
