Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment equipped for your needs: Main room: An inviting space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table for convivial moments. Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bathroom: Modern bathroom with all necessary amenities. Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * With 15 m² (161 sq ft) in a single room, the studio is smaller than it looks in the photos. You sleep on a double sofa bed: once it is open, there is little room left to move around. It suits two guests who spend their days out, less so guests looking for space or travelling with a lot of luggage. * The apartment is in Montrouge, a town bordering the south of Paris, and not in the heart of Paris. The centre is reached by metro line 4 from Mairie de Montrouge station: if you want to see everything on foot, please take this into account. * The apartment is not air-conditioned: in summer, especially during heatwaves, it can get hot. If you are sensitive to heat, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will enjoy a view of the Eiffel Tower from the window, a 5-minute walk from Mairie de Montrouge metro station (line 4), which runs directly to Châtelet, in a studio with an open-plan kitchen and a Nespresso machine.
