Respect for the property and the neighborhood: We are happy to share with you an apartment designed to offer comfort and quality. To this end, we ask you to: Respect the residential environment: Comply with the building's internal regulations. Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Energy savings: Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment. Keep the apartment in good condition: When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. This is a sign of respect for the cleaning staff who take care of our guests' well-being. Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns: We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control.
