Stay in this pleasant, spacious and typical flat with two separate bedrooms, and a mezzanine, just a few steps away from Place des Terreaux and the slopes of the Croix Rousse.

✨ Spacious, traditional and cosy 90 m² flat in the heart of Lyon Located in one of Lyon’s liveliest and most central neighbourhoods, just a few minutes’ walk from Place des Terreaux and the slopes of Croix-Rousse, this typical flat will charm you with its character and spaciousness. With its high ceilings, exposed beams and open-plan layout, it offers a bright, quiet and comfortable setting, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Please note that it can accommodate comfortably 4 adults, plus two more on the mezzanine. The two single beds on the mezzanine are not suitable for very young children, and the recommended maximum age for use is 14. Situated on the 3rd floor without a lift, it features a living room bathed in light thanks to large windows, whilst the bedrooms, facing the courtyard, offer a cooler and more peaceful atmosphere. 📍 You’ll enjoy a central location, making it easy to explore Lyon on foot, between the Presqu’île, Croix-Rousse and the banks of the Saône. 🏡 The property This spacious flat can accommodate several guests and comprises: A large, bright living room with exposed beams, a comfortable lounge area with a corner sofa, and a flat-screen TV A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room A dining area for 6 people A work area suitable for remote working 🛏️ Sleeping arrangements A first, quiet bedroom facing the courtyard with a double bed (160x200) and a brand-new anti-stress mattress A second bedroom facing the courtyard with a double bed (140x190) A mezzanine area with two single beds (90x200), which opens onto the corridor leading to the bedrooms. ⚠️ Please note: The mezzanine has a low ceiling height of 94 cm under the beams, and the staircase has no banister and is quite steep. For safety reasons, this area is therefore not recommended for young children or people with reduced mobility. For your confort, the maximum age for using these two single beds on the mezzanine is 14 years. 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: hob, oven, dishwasher, utensils, crockery and everyday kitchenware. 🛁 Bathroom Bathroom off the bedrooms, with a bath, toilet, vanity unit and heated towel rail. There is also a separate toilet by the entrance. Bed linen and towels provided. 💻 Comfort Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment. 🎁 A few welcome items provided A small selection of welcome items is provided to help you get your stay off to a good start: pasta, rice and basic essentials. A few coffee and tea pods are also provided (welcome pack only). Smoking is also prohibited inside the flat. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.
